Christina

It was a sunny Monday afternoon in autumn, and when Christina arrived at my hotel I invited her to go for a walk around the city and perhaps find a bar or café. My shabby hotel didn’t even have a lobby—not very charming. ☺️ Christina on the other hand was all about the charm! She wore an elegant, classic outfit, and made a really good first impression on me. But what made an even greater impression was her smile… and how effortlessly she was herself. 

We picked a place that looked nice from the outside, but as soon as we stepped in, I thought "Oh no, this is a mistake”. If it were up to me, I would have left in an instant. To make matters even worse the white wine they served was lukewarm and far too sweet. But somehow, Christina managed to keep me there for most of the afternoon, with only a bottle of water to share and some tea. Talk about a woman of low maintenance! 

They say a great sense of humour is a sign of intelligence, and with two master’s degrees, Christina certainly fits the bill. She’s cheerful, funny, and modest, with an ironic wit and the rare ability to laugh at herself. I really enjoyed conversing with Christina, and I’m sure, so will you. 

A few weeks later she came to Marbella for her photoshoot, and it was great to see her again. I, trying not to get in the way, sat down to reply to your emails, but couldn’t help but spot Christina waking back and forth, and in and out, as she continued to change her outfits, always smiling and joking. At one point, she came and asked me if I wouldn't mind if she changed her outfit in the living room. “Aah, no?!” I said, and she literally jumped out of her dress only to change into her lingerie. I, of course, tried my best not to look (too often) 🫣
