🙈 Sadly, that didn’t happen. But! but during our conversation, she did say, “I have someone for you. She’s a dear friend of mine, from Belgium, you’ll like her. Would you like to meet her?” Of course, I said yes! And that’s how Camila and I were introduced. 😁  

Sunday evening, The Edition Hotel in Barcelona. Camila walks in wearing comfortable booties, black stockings, and leather shorts—smart casual meets city sexy. And me? Liking it. ☺️ We ordered some wine and olives, and so the conversation began.  

“I wasn’t too happy with how my life was going back home, so I decided to move to Barcelona,” she started. She loves the Spanish way of life—the sunny climate, long beach days with friends, dining outdoors most of the year, the city’s vibrant energy, and the mix of nature and urban life.  

Happy-go-lucky and socially active (and no, I don’t mean Facebook 😏), Camila describes herself as an open book. She leads a dynamic lifestyle—running, hitting the gym at least four times a week, taking dance classes on weekends, modelling for freelance photographers, horse riding… and that’s just the start. If I had to sum her up? One super cool, total babe, with a warm personality and a bit of a rebellious streak.

She also learned that the fastest way to get from A to B in Barcelona is by scooter. So after our meeting, I offered to walk her to her bike. “Of course!” she said. And damn—she looked so sexy on that machine, yet effortlessly cute with her helmet. And then? For an hour or two after she left, I felt a little pang of regret that I hadn’t invited her to stay for dinner. A mistake I won’t make again.  

Oh, and perhaps also worth mentioning… During our conversation, she casually said, “My partner’s pleasure is my main priority.” Interesting, right? 😉
