Normally we will answer you within 24 hours, if your question reaches us between 12 AM and 8 PM.
Please bear in mind that it will take longer for you to get your answer if you contact us on the weekend.

If, by any chance, you haven't received an answer to your enquiry, please do send us your message again, or simply call us.
The people who don't get an answer are usually those who've misspelled their contact data.

In A Hurry?
If you are in need of priority handling, call us on +32 (0) 472 641 795.
If you reach our answering machine and do not ask specifically to be called back, we will not call you back.

By SMS
You can text us as well, be it to confirm your room number or in case of a last-minute alteration to your booking. It is unfortunately not possible to handle your entire booking by text message. Messages like 'who is available?' will not be answered.
